Eighteen Bridges provides you with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you choose to cancel your subscription, you will be refunded the balance outstanding for issues that you have not received. Refunds on accounts paid by credit card will be returned to the original credit card used.

It is the responsibility of the subscriber to notify Eighteen Bridges of all changes to contact information.

In the event that Eighteen Bridges ceases publication, refunds will not be given for outstanding issues.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of subscription for your first issue to arrive. Magazines are sent by regular mail via Canada Post.
